As a former Division 1 athlete, Liz approaches her work with persistence and determination to create a win for the team.
Her engaging, team-oriented style defines her approach to training. Liz works with the company executives to understand the strategic business goals, and then, using her custom methodology builds a relevant, innovative, and targeted learning system that caters to all learning styles to enable the team to reach their desired goal.
Liz has developed countless world-class, highly scalable training systems. She can lay the foundation starting with essentially no training programs and a brand new sales force to build effective, engaging learning programs using various modalities (e-learning, hands-on lab/exercises, in-person, and distance learning). Her passion is educating medical professionals by making complex material digestible, resulting in meeting company strategic objectives while ensuring patient safety.
As the creative force behind the training programs offered by Cumby Consulting, Liz develops custom sales force and physician training programs, as well as faculty/key opinion leader and clinical trial education programs for early-stage companies.
